  • HBO / WO working and thinking level;
  • 1-5 years of relevant work experience, for example in recruitment or startup environments;
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch and English;
  • You are communicative and proactive by nature;
  • You are organisationally strong and result-oriented;
  • You work well independently and are resistant to stress;
  • Full time availability: 36-40 hours.

Holland Startup is a Utrecht-based venture builder. We guide, coach and finance young professionals to turn ideas into successful startups. Our mission: "Enable young entrepreneurs to shape our society". Our community is diverse, international, and currently consists of around 35 entrepreneurs, start-up experts and trainees.   

The challenge... 

As a recruiter you have an important role in the further growth of Holland Startup. Your goal is to have a group of new talented entrepreneurs within our startup program start every quarter.  

You do this by designing and implementing our recruitment & selection process in a smart and scalable way. You are responsible for coordinating the selection days and you ensure that they are full of interested potential new entrepreneurs. You select the best candidates, conduct contract interviews and ensure proper onboarding. In preparation for the selection days on site, you scout and talents online and offline, organize information evenings and conduct introductory interviews. You will have frequent contact with student programs and external parties, and you will think about marketing and communication. 

In addition to scouting young entrepreneurs, you are also responsible for filling vacancies in the core team and you are the point of contact for our startups with regard to recruitment-related questions.
